Avantis Education is continuing its recent award success after EducationInvestor announced the company has been confirmed as an Ed Tech Provider of the Year finalist.
For over 10 years, EducationInvestor has celebrated the very best in education, across categories including Advisory & Finance, Education Technology, Education Provision and Software & Services. In this year’s awards, Avantis Education has been recognised alongside some of the world’s leading brands, including Barclays, HSBC, Grant Thornton, and PwC.
This latest industry accolade comes soon after Avantis Education’s ClassVR, the world’s first and only virtual and augmented reality solution for education, was crowned ‘International Digital Educational Resource’ at the Bett Awards 2024. It also follows Tech & Learning naming ClassVR a winner in the Tech & Learning Awards of Excellence: Best of 2023, marking the company’s 10th U.S. award win in the past two years.
Commenting on this latest award recognition, Gillian Rhodes, Chief Marketing Officer, Avantis Education, said: “Over the last 12 months we’ve achieved demonstrable global growth, particularly in the US. We’ve opened our first US office, secured our first district-wide deal, and continued to expand our curriculum aligned resources for this market.
“Alongside strategic US growth, we’ve continued wider international expansion with ClassVR now used in more than 90 countries, in over 200,000 classrooms, and by two million students. The EducationInvestor shortlist is testament to our continued investment in ClassVR as a leading edtech solution for international markets.”
